All international Shipping is via USPS.
Please Note : We currently ship all online orders from Delaware USA. If your order is being shipped to an address outside of the US, there may be associated taxes, customs and/or duties due upon delivery. Customer is responsible to pay all applicable duties and taxes that may be required upon delivery. We are unable to estimate or cover customs and duties for international shipping. Delivery and tracking confirmation is included with your shipping cost. We will ship to the shipping address provided in your account during checkout. Please ensure that you have checked and double checked your shipping address prior to placing the order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided. Shipping charges will not be refunded for this eventualities.

Shipping prices include insurance. Lotus+Aire® Skin Care is not responsible for lost, broken or stolen packages. Insurance is provided to ensure replacement of these items.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our line and for hygienic purposes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, without exception.
All sales are final. Your satisfaction is our goal for this reason should you feel less than thrilled with any aspect of your experience with us reach out to us immediately and we will do our best to work with you toward a mutually amicable resolution.
Please note that shipping time window frames are provided by the service provider and are general guidelines which can change due to inclement weather and en route challenges which cannot be predicted.If there is a statutory holiday during the time your order is shipped, there will be delays as the shipping service may be closed.
Winter Weather and Our Products
You are excited to get your box of goodies from us. You twist off the caps, only to find that your carefully selected Lotus+Aire products are cold as ice and much thicker than you expected, or possibly even frozen or separated.
Don't panic.Your goodies are not damaged or ruined, just cold. In most cases, the viscosity and separation can be easily remedied by following these simple steps:
- Let your products sit at room temperature (68° – 75° F) to resolve any viscosity issues.
- Once at room temperature, shake the bottles and stir the scrubs in the jar.
- Store at room temperature (68° – 75° F) in tightly sealed in our containers
- Protect your products from moisture, extreme temperatures, and direct UV light.
